Applicants must have pleasant and professional telephone skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, display initiative and be a self starter with the ability to work in a team setting if needed. Must be responsible and follow through all assignments, maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality. Skills require proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Multi-line telephone system, Internet, Copier, Scanner and Fax Machine. Duties may include greeting visitors, assist in planning and scheduling meetings, order supplies as needed, answering multi-line phone, processing incoming and outgoing mail, manage email and faxes, maintain office calendar and schedule appointments, supply support to management team, word processing for reports, correspondences, memos and forms and assist with special projects.
